2) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Deliver custom litigation support & consulting products, including social media timeline arrays, evidence preservation, link analysis, & metadata triage.
  • For services other than the Harvest browser extension, train algorithms, improve analytical systems, and develop future anti-fraud detection products where this use is disclosed and permitted. Data obtained through Harvest is excluded from generalized model training and unrelated product development.
  • Provide customer support, communicate regarding active cases, and handle invoicing.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3) Harvest Browser Extension

Single purpose. Harvest collects user-requested public social connection data from supported websites and lets authenticated users organize, export, merge, and analyze that data through Anti-Fraud Marketplace workflows.

Information handled. When a user starts a collection or analysis, Harvest handles the active supported-page URL and visible public profile, connection, follower, friend, or interaction data; investigation context entered by the user, such as company, subject, case/reference, and roles; JSON files selected by the user for processing; AFM identity and authorization information; and technical metadata required to create exports and operate the requested workflow.

Storage and transmission. Harvest stores settings, authentication state, queued uploads, case context, and recent workflow status in Chrome storage. It creates downloads only when requested by the user. Data selected for case storage or analysis is transmitted over HTTPS to Anti-Fraud Marketplace services. Harvest does not collect unrelated browsing history or operate a general background browsing tracker.

Use and retention. Information obtained through Harvest is used only when necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or improve Harvest's disclosed collection, export, case-storage, and link-analysis features. It is not used for personalized advertising, generalized model training, credit or lending decisions, or development of unrelated products. Local and server-side data is retained only as reasonably necessary for the requested workflow, account security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. Users may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support.

Sharing and human access. Harvest data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the requested feature, when required by law, or when necessary to protect against fraud, abuse, or security threats. We do not sell Harvest data or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. Personnel may access specific Harvest data only with the user's explicit consent for support, when necessary for security, when required by law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymized for lawful internal operations.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use. Harvest's use of information received through Chrome extension APIs and supported websites adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4) Sharing & Disclosures

We may share information with:

  • Service providers: Hosting, secure storage, mapping APIs, and infrastructure partners operating under strict confidentiality obligations.
  • Trained Analysts & Staff: Internal personnel who oversee the professional consulting and custom reporting workflows.
  • Payment processors and tax tooling: To complete transactions and calculate jurisdictional taxes.
  • Legal/compliance disclosures: Where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, operations, and user safety.

6) Data Retention

For services other than the Harvest browser extension, Digitix LLC retains submitted data, gathered intelligence, and generated outputs for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the consulting service, develop future products where disclosed and permitted, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Harvest data is subject to the narrower use and retention terms in Section 3. Retention periods may differ depending on the scope of the investigation and the nature of the submitted data.
